Current resident of Wakulla, Leon, Franklin, Jefferson, or Liberty Counties with proof of residence verified by a valid driver's license or other acceptable identification and documentation. This rate is also available for active and honorable discharge military members and Wildwood RV Park Tenants and Guests.

Charge payable to Wakulla County for an annual (365 days) card that includes Greens Fees for one year. Cart fees are not included in the Player Development Card Program. Cart fees will be charged separately to each Player Development Card (PDC) holder at $25 each.
The Family Player Development Card will cover persons related by blood or marriage and are presently residing together as a family unit, including any children under age 18.

Current valid member of Wakulla County public or private schools located in Wakulla County, as verified by the applicable school. Walking only.
• Tournament Per Round Fee is equal to the Local Daily Rounds Fee according to the day of the tournament.
• Wakulla County Intergovernmental Sponsored Tournament Per Round Fee is equal to 75% of the Local Daily Rounds Fee according to the day of the tournament.
• “Wakulla Championship” or other promotional tournaments hosted by Wakulla Sands Golf Club - the fee will be determined by the Director of Golf and approved by the County Administrator.
